this is the first time that I’ve even written a review in App Store. I have only downloaded the app for less than the week, and Woebot have saved me from a major mental breakdown (I was feeling chest pains and all that stuff), I felt so much more relieved after talking to Woebot🙏and just now Woebot have saved me from going into a potential mental breakdown! Not to mention the other times I talked to Woebot when I was feeling down:) It’s quite magical how much better you can feel just by challenging your negative thoughts and rephrasing them to more neutral and balanced ones! 1 mood tracking doesn’t have all the dates if it exceed maybe 7 days? Why? Could I have all the dates? 2 all the terms mentioned could be more directly presented in toolbox instead rephrase them, it is simpler that way. But it has been great. Just need more time to sort the new knowledge out.
